How do you ship orders?

We ship our stickers un-tracked via Canada Post Letter Mail to save on cost and pass it on to our customers. We also use Chit Chats, a trusted courier partner that allows us to provide reliable service at lower costs with tracking.

Do all orders come with tracking?

Orders are shipped un-tracked via Canada Post Letter Mail but we do offer tracking via our partner carrier Chit Chats.

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship directly from our studio in Vancouver, Canada.

How long does shipping take within Canada?

Domestic Shipment within Canada usually takes between 5 to 10 business days to arrive.

Domestic tracked shipments usually take 2–10 business days, depending on your location.

How long does shipping take to the U.S.?

All shipments are coming from Canada and shipping to United States usually takes between 12 to 18 business days depending on location. U.S. orders with tracking typically arrive within 4–9 business days.

What does DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) mean?

DDP means all duties and taxes are covered upfront. U.S. customers won’t face any surprise fees on delivery—what you pay at checkout is final.

Are there extra customs or duty fees for U.S. customers?

If you choose the shipping option with tracking at checkout, customs & duty fees are included in your order. For Regular Mail shipping, duties and taxes are not included.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! International orders may take longer depending on your country’s customs and postal services.

How long does international shipping take?

Most international orders arrive within 4–27 business days, but delivery times may vary due to customs or local courier delays.

Can you guarantee delivery times?

We provide estimated delivery times, but exact arrival dates cannot be guaranteed since shipping delays can happen outside our control.
